Your wedding day is a collection of fleeting, special moments - the quiet anticipation, the laughter, the tears, and everything in between.

  • I photograph weddings in a way that’s calm, considered, and importantly - unobtrusive.

    You won’t find me turning your day into a production or asking you to “just laugh again but more naturally.” Weddings have their own rhythm, and the best moments tend to happen when everyone forgets there’s a camera in the room. My job is to notice those moments and quietly capture them as they unfold.

    Of course, there’s a time to step in. Group photographs won’t organise themselves (sadly), and now and then a little direction helps keep things moving. But for the most part, I prefer to take a step back and let the day breathe.

  • I’ve spent years working in design and visual storytelling, which means I care about light, balance, and all the small details that give photographs a sense of permanence. I’m drawn to images that feel timeless, nothing overly stylised, nothing that will feel dated in a few years’ time.

    Couples often tell me they don’t love being in front of the camera. That’s absolutely fine, most people don’t. With a relaxed approach and a bit of quiet reassurance, it usually turns out to be far easier (and quicker) than expected.

    In the end, what you’ll have is a set of photographs that feel like your day, unforced, well-observed, and genuinely reflective of the people and the atmosphere that made it yours.

One of the great advantages of getting married in Sussex is the variety of locations available within a short distance. Even if the British weather has other ideas, Sussex still offers fantastic opportunities for atmospheric photography. Moody skies over the coast, soft mist rolling across the Downs or warm evening light after rain can create some of the most memorable images of the day.
